FITNESSGRAM is a series of comprehensive fitness tests designed for the youth. To accurately track our students progress and development, testing will take place twice a year, once in the fall and once in the spring. FITNESSGRAM assesses the health-related fitness components, which are essential for overall health and well-being. Students at OMMS will be assessed using the following tests:

- Push-up - Upper Body Muscular Strength
- Curl-up - Abdominal Strength and Endurance
- Shoulder Stretch - Flexibility
- Trunk Lift - Trunk Extensor Strength and Endurance
- Pacer - Aerobic Capacity
- Height and Weight - Body Composition (Body Mass Index)
